1. Eligibility & Account Security

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Free2Party.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

Free2Party is designed to help friends share real-time availability, organize custom circles, and discover or host events. To keep our community safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on another party's intellectual property rights.
• Create fraudulent, dangerous, or misleading events, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial spam.
• Impersonate another person or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, private circles, or our backend systems.
• Violate our Child Safety Standards, which enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against child exploitation or abuse.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

3. User Content & Real-World Events

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos, profile details, event descriptions, and comments you post on Free2Party. By posting content, you grant Free2Party a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and your authorized recipients.
• Event Safety: Free2Party does not organize, vet, or supervise user-created events. Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring their events comply with local laws, venue rules, and safety regulations. Attendees participate in real-world gatherings at their own risk.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Free2Party offers optional Premium subscriptions (such as ad-free experiences and enhanced features) billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: All billing and refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective store terms.

5. Privacy & Account Termination

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and protect your data. You may stop using the Service and permanently delete your account at any time in the app settings or by following the instructions on our Account & Data Deletion Page.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Free2Party is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (and without affecting mandatory statutory consumer rights in the EEA, UK, or your local jurisdiction), Free2Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or attendance at any user-hosted event.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or security updates. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Free2Party after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
