Free2Party is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all users. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit creating, uploading, sharing, or facilitating access to any material or communication that depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse. Any account found engaging in or promoting such behavior is immediately and permanently banned, and reported to relevant global authorities.
2. In-App Reporting & Moderation
Free2Party provides built-in reporting tools on every event wall and user profile. When a user submits a report:
- Reports flagged for inappropriate or harmful content are escalated for priority review.
- Reported users can be blocked instantly by the reporting user with a single tap.
- Violative content is removed promptly from our database and storage.
3. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We comply with applicable child protection laws and cooperate with law enforcement agencies and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to report and assist in investigations of illegal conduct.
