Data Deletion & Account Deletion

At Free2Party, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account or specific pieces of data at any time.

How to delete specific data

You can remove specific information without deleting your entire account:

• Calendar Plans: Navigate to the Calendar screen, select a plan you've created, and tap the Delete button.
• Profile Information: Go to your Profile and edit fields such as your bio, birthday, or social handles to clear or change them.
• Social Connections: You can remove friends or unblock users from their respective lists at any time.

How to delete your full account

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through the Free2Party mobile app:

1. Open the Free2Party app.
2. Go to your Profile screen.
3. Tap the More Options icon (three dots) in the top right corner.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm your choice in the dialog. For security reasons, you may be asked to log in again if your session is old.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently and immediately removed from our servers:

• Profile Information: Name, email address, bio, birthday, and gender.
• Social Data: Your friends list, blocked users, and pending friend requests.
• Content: All scheduled plans and event notes.
• Media: Your profile picture is permanently deleted from our storage.
• Authentication: Your login credentials and account access.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Manual deletion request

If you are unable to access the app or wish to request deletion manually, please email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data Retention

We do not retain any of your personal data after the account is deleted. Only aggregated, non-identifiable technical logs may be kept for a limited period to ensure system stability, but these cannot be linked back to you.
